Here's an example of a test created by a financial planner to assess potential customers. You will have to put something in the boxes marked with a *, but enter anything you like as the data is not recorded. For an email address enter anything with the right format, like test@aol.com. Build databases of multiple choice or yes/no questions. A picture can be included with any question. Full text styling capability in questions, including font, font size, color, style. Recall and edit questions with powerful search features. Create assessment tests by selecting questions from databases. Upload tests to web pages, print out, or export to Word. Tests can be set up to save text of user-selected answers or to save scores for answers. Optiionally select whether all questions must be answered. For scoring, you can set numerical values for each answer. Tests can be divided into sections with separate score for each section. Optionally select up to 12 items of user data (name, email,etc.) to capture and save. User data can be required or optional. Test results are saved in your server. From the program, results of any test can be downloaded directly to Excel.
