CREATING QUESTIONS

Can I save questions and use them in future tests?
Yes, all questions are saved in databases which can be accessed at any time for future tests.

What sort of text formatting is available?
Test questions can be fully formatted, much like Microsoft Word. You can choose fonts, font styles, foreground and background color, For math questions you can insert superscripts and symbols such as the division sign.

What type of questions can be created?
Multiple choice and Yes/No questions.

Can tests be created with questions from different databases??
A test can have mixed questions from any saved databases. You can select random or specific questions from databases.

Can I select the order of test questions?
Test questions can be randomly ordered or placed in a specific order. You can create multiple copies of a test with different orders of questions.

How are tests uploaded to web pages?
After a test is created, there is a Create Internet Test menu selection. Several options are then selected, such as whether the test results are to be scored, score values and the user data to be requested. Then two files are created and uploaded to your server; an htm file which is the test and a script file which contains the answers and handles scoring and saving test results. Then you simply give users the URL address of the page which contains the tests.

How do I download and view the test results?
Test results can be downloaded from the main program. After opening a test you can get a list of the users that have completed the test. Then you can select on or more users and their results will be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet.
